This is a special piece. With the current social and political climate, I found that I was growing disquieted by what has been happening in the art community and on social media platforms. I initially posted this piece on Instagram with this caption:

"Some of you will be uncomfortable with this, some of you will be offended—Instagram may even ban it despite that artistic nudity is permissible in the ToS.
You are absolutely allowed to feel a certain type of way about this piece, however, we have normalized the mentality where we equate being offended with being right.
This thinking ends up justifying abhorrent behavior and divides us. So, I bring you the Divine Hermaphrodite, the harmonious balance of opposites, the magician's Magnus Opus.
Can we start normalizing conversation again? Can we cancel Cancel-Culture?
I would like to live in such a world."
